Story Submission Guidelines
Before you submit please take a moment to read these guidelines.
You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels right. You never have to include more than you are comfortable with.
We are especially looking for the wisdom you’ve gathered along the way, like the small joys, the things that helped, and the advice you wish someone had given you earlier. Your story doesn’t have to be heavy to matter here.
Please avoid naming specific doctors, hospitals, or facilities by name. You can describe your experience without identifying individuals.
Focus on your feelings, your daily reality, and what your experience has meant to you. Raw honesty is welcome here and so is gentle language.
By submitting your story or advice you are agreeing to the following: your submission may be featured on The Cherish Society website and social media platforms, may be included in future community publications or projects such as our planned community wisdom book, and may be used as part of our broader advocacy and awareness efforts.
Your privacy will always be respected. You choose whether your submission is shared anonymously, by first name only, or by your full name. We will never share your contact information publicly.
Submissions are reviewed personally and selected with care. Not every submission will be featured but every single one is read and appreciated.
Thank you for trusting us with your story.
